Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the terms of cancelling your Outbrige Pro subscription and outlines how campaign cancellations are handled between users.

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

Our paid plans are billed monthly at $4.99 (Starter), $9.99 (Pro) or $14.99 (Premium) per month, and you can cancel at any time. Subscriptions are managed by Gumroad, our payment provider: use the subscription management link in the Gumroad receipt emailed to you when you subscribed, or contact us and we will cancel it for you.

Once you cancel, you will not be charged again. Your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier.

2. Campaign Cancellations

Outbrige provides the platform to connect businesses and influencers, but we do not process campaign transactions or take commissions. Any agreement to cancel a campaign, request a revision, or terminate a partnership must be handled directly between the business and the influencer. Outbrige cannot enforce campaign cancellations or recover funds paid directly to an influencer.

3. Account Deletion

If you wish to completely delete your Outbrige account, you may do so at any time. Please cancel your subscription with Gumroad first: billing is held by Gumroad, so deleting your Outbrige account does not by itself stop future charges. No refunds are issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.
